• Contraceptive counseling and provision: Educating clients about different birth control methods (such as pills, condoms, IUDs, implants, injections, etc.), and providing access to these methods on the same day you come in.

• Preconception counseling: We provide guidance and health assessments to individuals or couples planning to conceive, to ensure optimal health before pregnancy.

• Pregnancy testing and counseling: Come in and get your free, accurate pregnancy tests and support, including information about options if a pregnancy is confirmed.

• Fertility services: Assisting clients who wish to conceive by providing information, assessment, and treatment for infertility.

• Sexually transmitted infection (STI) screening and treatment: Testing for and treating infections that can affect reproductive health.

• Education and information: Offering education on reproductive health, sexual health, and responsible parenthood.

• Referrals: Referring clients to other medical, social, or legal services as needed, such as prenatal care, abortion care, or support for intimate partner violence.

• First-trimester abortion services provide safe, confidential, and supportive care for individuals seeking to end a pregnancy within the first 12 weeks. Our services  include:

• Comprehensive counseling: We offer nonjudgmental, confidential counseling to discuss your options, answer questions, and ensure you feel supported throughout the process.

• Medical evaluation: Before the procedure, our healthcare professionals perform a thorough assessment, including a review of your medical history, physical examination, and ultrasound if it's needed to confirm gestational age.

• Abortion methods offered through Ubuntu include

• Medication abortion: For early pregnancies (usually up to 10 weeks), we provide FDA-approved medications that safely end the pregnancy in a process similar to an early miscarriage. Our medication abortion services are available both in person and via telehealth visits.

• Aspiration (suction) abortion: A gentle, minor procedure performed by our trained, experienced midwife and nurse practitioner to remove the pregnancy from the uterus. This method is commonly used for pregnancies up to 12 weeks.

• Aftercare and follow-up: We provide clear instructions for self-care after the abortion, information about what to expect, and access to follow-up appointments to ensure your well-being.

• Emotional support: Our team is available to offer counseling and resources for emotional support before, during, and after your visit.
